I received my package today and was so eager to get started!! Then on step ONE I broke a small piece. I tried to contact support to try to purchase another piece but the message I sent was sent to MY email, not support… Feeling frustrated. I’d just like to do my puzzle….

This was a lot of fun to put together. It took about three and a half hours. Once the gears are lubricated and broken in, it works perfectly. The box is a gorgeous piece and a novelty to use. The combination lock works well. Storage space isn’t very big, but is perfect for small things like a few coins or jewelry.

I enjoyed putting this together and am totally amazed how the intricate parts fit together perfectly. But I also had some difficulty with setting the code. Perhaps could do with a little more instruction.
