We are cooperating with DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT, ARMX, CNEXPS, DPD, DPEX, EMS, etc. We always use the most appropriate shipping method that can be tracked online, but the exact delivery company is random by country and shipping method you choose. Here are our shipping methods for your reference.

Standard Shipping 7 – 15 working days
Expedited Shipping 5 – 7 working days

For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method’s expected delivery time.

Order Status

1. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us.

2. To help you track the status of your shipment, we will send you an email with tracking number information after 3 to 5 business days. If you haven’t received it, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

3. You may also log into “My Account” to check the status of your order.

Customs Duty

In consideration of our customers’ benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We can’t guarantee no tax fee and will not pay for any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
