I have been putting together the robotime DIY Simon coffee shop and have needed extra paper cut outs. Even though the problem occurred because of my clumsy ness they sent me the PDFs for the new paper pieces. They were very quick in getting back to me even with the large time zone difference.
Would highly recommend these products.
