Everything leading up to the stair stepper works great, then you get to the stair stepper part and you wish you never bought this set.
The stairs and the gears pushing the stairs get stuck even if you wax and polish the parts.
Would not recommended, except if you like to torture yourself.

Hate to go against the run of play, the wood is fragile and can break while just building it. Also, once built its a bit. Flimsy. Great ornament terrible marble run
