My first engineering puzzle and challenging but the wood parts were warped and could not get the elevator to go down and up all the way to load and discharge the balls.

Have done multiple of these over the years with my son. He loves them. This kit was very different from other ROKR products. Very soft and flimsy wood compared to past products. Not sure if we were unlucky or they have changed their wood source. If they have changed their wood. I would say avoid avoid avoid!!!!

This is a gifts I received. I am amazed by the precision of cut, and the clarity of the instructions. I am really happy about this product

Nice piece of work, except that one of the components (D30) is broken and therefore, the system does not work. Any ideas to order a replacement for this D30 component ?

The only problem I found was that the three pronged pointed pieces that vary the direction of the balls in the tower and on the flat plane tend to hang the balls up even though I have waxed them repeatedly. If the balls land on the middle pointer the pointer has to be moved by hand to release the ball. Other than that, the engineering is fantastic. I have built three different kits and the other two work perfectly. Hope to see another design soon.
